We’re thankful…

Day 13) that life is never boring. At the beginning of this week we were both feeling icky/sick and only planned on editing photos. We ended up meeting with two amazing couples, shooting a portrait session to show off some hairstyles for Hair by Alice, and meeting another photographer. Today, a wedding photographer we look up to contacted us and invited one of us to help her shoot a wedding this Sunday, and we’re also meeting another fantastic photographer friend to catch up this weekend. Life is lovely.

14) that our go-to film lab is awesome. Seriously, Richard Photo Lab – check em out.

15) We’re thankful to have had opportunities to shoot more and more film! This past year has been so amazing & SO much fun. Our poor Canon DSLRs, as awesome as they are, are seeing less and less use in favor of our Contax 645s.

Here’s a portrait session we photographed of Rose, an aspiring model based out of Norfolk. We mainly wanted to test out fuji neopan (b&w) film! Not something we shoot often, but maybe that will change… 😉
