Finally getting around to posting these beautiful portraits of Annika from a few weeks ago.

You guys are going to have to forgive us for not posting as much...

It's bad, we know.

We've just been having so much fun with Jonas, Carina's brother, visiting from Germany, we've hardly realized how fast time has passed.

Now he has just over a week left... but we're already planning our next big get-together!

Anyways-

These were taken at Gloucester Point Beach, Yorktown Beach and in Newport News Park. No editing.

You know even when we are not shooting weddings, we are working on improving...

Especially with film.

Annika and Meagan Abell Photography were nice enough to drive down from Richmond and pose for us/shoot with us in different light situations.

Really wanted to push the limits with this, especially with dark/bright scenes, just to see what we could do with film.

I think it was worth it!
