The sweet smell of oranges in the air, sunshine everyday. FLORIDA!!! What more could one want? We had such a good time shooting with our friends, whirlpool-ing and disney-ing. August, our dog, had a blast too. He grew really fond of our friend’s dog, Emma, and quickly fell in love with the neighbor shi-tzu. He is still depressed…he misses his friends. We really miss Florida already too. But I guess it’s more the “green” and the sunshine we’re longing for. Spring, we hope you’re just around the corner! And we’re more than ready to get back to work, working with all of our 2013 couples! :) Here are some of our personal travel snapshots from our Orlando trip:

Wow.

Just wow.

Florida was SUCH a gorgeous backdrop for this gorgeous couple.

Both Nic and Aicha are friends of ours from Germany. Despite all its flaws and imperfections, they both love the USA and dream of living here permanently one day.

Nic is an imposing figure of a guy (check out those guns!), but quiet and with a very soft heart. Aicha is kind, energetic, and has a fantastic sense of humor. They met working in the USA a few years ago, and have since moved back to Germany, married in Tunisia – yes, Tunisia! – and then moved to America again.

They are both currently living in the USA on temporary visas, but they are determined to make their dreams come true some how. The hardships that they’ve faced have only made their love grow stronger, and we know that no matter what comes, they’ll find a way together. And with their ANGEL of a dog, Emma.

Nic and Aicha, thanks for inviting us down to Florida for a fantastic photoshoot and an AWESOME week!!
