Carina and I were driving through the “backwoods” of Gloucester County when Jennie’s mom called us up.
We could barely make out that she was inquiring as to our services for her daughter’s July wedding, but the reception was so bad we could barely understand anything else.
Just as I told her “I’m sorry, but we’re probably going to lose you and may have to call you ba—–” – the line went dead.
Inside, I let out a little “nooooooooooo!” cry.
We hurried “back to civilization” and called her back – hoping she was still interested after being hung up on – and she was!
Luckily, she understood the situation completely and asked if we could arrange a meeting.
“Sure, we’d love to!” I said. “But won’t Jennie or Tim come along? We like to meet our brides and grooms before the big day.”
“I understand, but that might be difficult because they’re both pilots in the Air Force stationed in different parts of the country.”
I don’t know about her, but growing up with an uncle who worked at Langley AFB who used to take me there as a child, that’s when she pretty much had me booked.

Jennie and Tim are a couple with an awesome sense of humor.
They’re just natural together.
They’re easygoing, chill, and totally in love with each other.
And they’re a pretty impressive couple, too.
Tim is a F-15 Strike Eagle pilot stationed out west. Top speed he’s flown – somewhere around Mach 1.5. Yeah. Not bad, right?
Jennie’s plane might not go so fast… but it is “invisible.” She’s one of a select few B-2 Spirit Bomber pilots.
They’re a match made in “the wild blue yonder,” no doubt…
Jennie & Tim, we had an awesome time with you at your engagement session. It was an honor to work with you and you are absolutely beautiful together.
